La Doble M is Grupo Mendez's haute-cuisine concept on Expressway 83: a menu inspired by the grilled, ingredient-driven cooking of northern Mexico, served in a dark, wood-panelled room where the music and the lighting are as considered as the plates.

The kitchen is built around the grill — tomahawk and bone-in cuts finished on Himalayan salt blocks, roasted bone marrow, queso fundido in cast iron, tuna tostadas and charred octopus — backed by a cocktail program that leans on mezcal, tequila, and a little dry-ice theater.
